Too many protestors dirtying the park daily in the afternoon. Can’t enjoy lunch time at the park anymore after a long day of work because these protestors take it over every day as if it was a homeless encampment.

I asked the bartender what part was public space and he was very cagey with his response. It seems like it’s all public space but they put menus on all the tables to deter anyone from sitting there. They want to make people, that aren’t eating or drinking there, feel uncomfortable.

Twice I was at Trump Tower after 7:30 pm on a Saturday recently (Dec. 2nd 2023 and January 13th 2024). On both occasions, the doors that connect Trump Tower to the atrium at 590 Madison Ave. were not accessible (the doors were essentially "barred"). To get from the atrium at 590 Madison Ave. (and back again), I had to leave the 590 Atrium, go outside, and walk around Trump Tower to enter it from Fifth Avenue! I encountered another problem on Feb. 4th 2024. Namely, that I was kicked out of the bathroom of Trump Tower (on the lowest floor - near the Trump Store) at approximately 9:35 pm. I was under the impression that the POPS' bathroom was supposed to be open until 10 pm!

Supposedly, there are 32 moveable tables. However, when my companion and I attempted to move a table on Feb. 4th 2024, a security guard forbade us from moving the table. I told him that the tables are supposed to be moveable, but he said it was "against the rules". The reason that we wanted to move the table a little bit, was so that we could have more distance between us and other people, so we could take off our masks to eat. I have two progressive and chronic lung diseases (essentially COPD), so I have to be very careful to not catch COVID, or other respiratory illnesses. (I have both obstructive and restrictive lung disease.) We were not attempting to move the table away from the group of tables, but instead just move it so that we had more distance between us and people who were not wearing masks. (Of course, we were the only ones wearing masks.) The custodial staff is extremely noisy between 7:30 and 9:30 pm dragging chairs around loudly. One of them would go to the same table 5 more times in the space of 10 - 15 minutes, and drag the same chairs over and over again (OCD!) The other man also dragged the chairs around (even ones at our table - how rude!), and he also dragged his shoes around very noisily.
